Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our skilled nursing and assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ensure that the facility maintains a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and community partners to enhance resident care.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve the overall quality of care and services.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budget development and adherence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Dedication to providing quality care to residents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
