Richland County Health & Human Services is dedicated to helping those in our county to access public resources, which will help them prosper and have more independent, fulfilling lives. It is our mission to provide these resources in a way that promotes the health, well-being, & self-sufficiency for all people of Richland County.

The Richland County Department of Health and Human Services provides a comprehensive array of services and programs consumers in Richland County each year. These services are provided through the following programs:
