I enjoy working at Pine Valley because I get an opportunity to make a huge difference in our residents' lives. It is very rewarding to work with residents and to ensure they are receiving excellent care. The residents and staff give Pine Valley a family-like atmosphere. That makes it a wonderful place to work.

I began work here in the Business Office in 1975 and since that time there have been many changes and challenges. With support from our county and community we have met every one with the commitment to become better. We have a staff dedicated not only to taking care of our residents; they truly do care about our residents. It takes teamwork from the staff, physicians as well as the resident and their family. All are treated as family and it's a joy to all when someone improves and is able to go back to their own home. I am proud to be a member of such a dedicated team of people who care.
