Richland County is located in the scenic ridge and valley area of Southwest Wisconsin. Richland County Health & Human Services is a department of Richland County government, that was created August 1st, 2000 with the merger of the former departments of Community Programs, Social Services, and Health and Aging. Our offices are located at three separate sites in Richland Center, the County seat.
