Richland County Real Property Lister |

Richland County is seeking applicants for the position of Real Property Lister. Previous experience and knowledge of mapping and interpreting of land
descriptions is required as well as basic computer skills. Responsibilities include the collection of and entering data to maintain accurate database of all land ownership in
Richland County and various duties related to mapping and property information. The position is 40 hours per week at a beginning rate of $20.33 per hour with an increase
following a 6-month probationary period. This position includes county benefits.
