Social Worker

Pine Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center currently has a full-time Social Worker position available. The position reports to the Director of Social Services.
 
The successful applicant will possess a: Wisconsin Social Worker Certification or a four-year Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline with the ability to obtain a Social Worker Certification, have experience working with elderly, good written and oral communication skills and be a self starter with the ability to work independently.
 
This position offers a full benefit package, competitive salary, Wisconsin State Retirement and generally, a standard Monday through Friday work week.
