Regional Aging & Disability Resource Center Manager

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin - North is recruiting for a Regional ADRC Manager to be hired through Richland County Health and Human Services. The position will oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of a four-county regional Aging & Disability Resource Center known as the ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin – North (Crawford, Juneau, Richland, and Sauk counties).
 
Bachelors Degree in Social Work or other closely related field with five years of financial management experience required, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge. Previous managed care experience or three years experience working in a public benefit program preferred.
 
The current wage for this 40-hr/week position is $27.52 per hour following probation at $26.20 per hour, with excellent County health, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
 
The Job Rate is dependent on a successful completion of a probationary period no less than six months.
