Richland County Health and Human Services is seeking an experienced individual responsible for supervising all business functions of our Clinical Services Unit, which operates a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic. Duties include tracking the clinic’s budgeted revenues and expenses, client placements, provider contracts, provider and insurance credentialing, service authorizations, claims and billing. Position will also assist in the maintenance of the electronic health record and conducting financial and programmatic reconciliations and reporting.

Associate's Degree in Business Management or related field with 3-5 years of human services experience and 3 years of supervisory experience required, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License with access to reliable transportation is also required. The starting wage for this 40-hour/week position is $22.59 per hour with excellent County health, dental, retirement and other fringe benefits.
