Notice is hereby given that the Richland County Board of Adjustments will be meeting on Oct 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, Richland County Courthouse, 181 W. Seminary St., Richland Center, Wisconsin for the following reasons:

1. To hear the petition of Ray & Sylvia Schmitz and Renewable Energy LLC to request a Special exception to grade more than 2000 sq ft of the Pine River on slopes less than 12% per Shoreland Ordinance in Section 28 of Richland Township.
