Notice is hereby given that the Richland County Board of Adjustments will be meeting on Sept 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, Richland County Courthouse, 181 W. Seminary St., Richland Center, Wisconsin for the following reasons:

1. To hear the petition of Don Hillegass to request a variance to the R-1 zoning that no accessory structure shall be permitted on lot greater than 70 % of the floor area of the principal building; a 96 % variance in Section 31 of Henrietta Township to build an accessory structure.
