Information and Referral
Our service is designed to inform county residents about programs, services and public benefits.
Assistance
We assist people to understand and consider their options, and help connect them to services and benefits.
Family Care
We are the intake and enrollment point for the new Family Care benefit. To learn more about Family Care, click here.
Health Promotion
We provide information on a wide variety of health topics, and sponsor activities aimed at early intervention and prevention.
Benefit Specialist Services
We provide access to Benefit Specialists to help adults who are elderly or disabled understand, apply for, and resolve problems related to programs and benefits like Medicare, Social Security and Medical Assistance.
