Richland County Health and Human Services is seeking a full-time, 40 hr/wk Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor in our Mental Health Outpatient Clinic. Current Wisconsin certification as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Bachelor Degree, and possession of valid driver’s license are required. Local availability for emergency on-call rotation may also be required. Completion of Intoxicated Driver Program approved training and Clinical Supervisor credential preferred. Starting wage of $21.33/ hr with steps up to $24.10/ hr with County health, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
